I started my career in the Aviation & Aerospace industry back in 2005 and obtained my EASA B1.1 & C Part 66 Aircraft Maintenance License. I worked from the bottom up starting as an apprentice aircraft mechanic and later Airbase Startup Manager as well as Base Maintenance Production Bay Manager at Flybe PLC. I have worked all over the world with MRO’s, Defence Companies, Airlines etc and gained a broad range of professional industry and diverse cultural experience. I founded TARCG in 2016 out of frustration from working with recruiters who simply didn’t understand our industries. With my experience and industry network, I set out to provide better quality and more knowledgeable recruitment services.
