- Title: Country Manager
Location: Sweden
Salary: Circa 100,000€
Contract: Permanent
TARCG Aviation has an exciting new opportunity for a Country Manager to work with our client based in Sweden. As a director, you will be accountable for the delivery of client projects and external client relationships. We are looking for a person who has a deep operative understanding of the production environment and is financially literate. You will be accountable for overall daily activities locally and reporting to SVP, Service. In your role you will also support our client’s sales and portfolio development.
Your responsibilities
- Directing and overseeing all the working groups under the site organization
- Responsible for effective management of the site budget
- Strategic planning and development of the site operations –resources and capabilities
- Creating continuous operational excellence development and strengthening cooperation with other operational units
- Accountability for ensuring delivery of products/services/projects on time, at the requested quality, and within budget
- Ensuring engineering & planning capabilities for R&D projects and sales cases per portfolio’s & divisions’ needs
- Recruitment of key roles and competencies under the site organization
- Managing client satisfaction in Operations together with the operative unit head; ensuring day-to-day customer interfacing
- Accountable manager role according to Part 145 EASA regulations
To succeed, you will need to have a wide experience in leadership and an understanding of the technical production environment. You have the capability to challenge the status quo and continuously improve operational excellence. In this position, you will need strong communication and change management skills. You are fluent in networking and working in an international environment. Previous experience in safety-critical work is considered a strength. Please note that the selected person will be subject to a security clearance.
