Location: Netherlands
Salary: 6000€ to 6500€ per month
Contract: Permanent
TARCG has an exciting new opportunity for a Sales Manager to work with our aviation/aerospace client based in the Netherlands. The successful candidate will be performing market monitoring and analysis for the assigned business line(s). Initially the focus will be on business lines such as component repair and overhaul, part sales, distributorship and FOG. There will be the opportunity to expand onto other business lines once fully established.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform market monitoring and analysis for your assigned business line(s)
- Actively map, create, develop and maintain the customer network relevant to the assigned business line(s) across market areas
- Promote our clients capabilities within the customer network and inquire, identify and pursue opportunities
- Develop transactional sales opportunities into long-term customerships
- Connect with GLO Key Account Directors for their respective markets and involve them for alignment, support and strategy
- Handle RFQ’s and execute the offering activities in accordance with the Gate process and appropriate approval policies
- Update and maintain data in the Sales tools for correctness, completeness and accuracy
- Hand over stable established customerships to local customer office for recurring business interfacing
- Cooperate with OPS and S&OP for smooth coordination between sales load and operative capacity
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a suitable field
- Sales or account management experience in at least one of the transactional business lines, with proven success in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities and growing existing customerships
- Eagerness and skills to learn other business lines fast
- Experience and skills to participate in tendering processes
- Proven self-management and well-organized
- Ability to animate a bidding team
- Advanced communication competences (verbal, written and presentation)
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), CRM systems and project scheduling and planning software
- Availability for frequent international travel
