TARCG has an exciting new opportunity to work with our aviation client on a remote basis. Our clients focus is to go beyond to create an exceptional and bespoke experience for their clients. They have exlusive access to the most luxurious aicraft on the market whilst delivering an unparalled service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Excellent customer service skills, client focused with the ability to build strong relationships and understand each clients travel needs and preferences.
- Hardworking and flexible with the ability to thrive working under pressure.
- With the support of our dedicated Operations team, you will manage the booking from start to finish, providing legal contracts and invoices to clients, and coordinate all aspects of the upcoming flight with Aircraft Operators as well as any additional support or flight arrangements where required.
- The role requires high attention to detail due to the nature of the business and the level of clients chartering.
- Building relationships with Airlines and Commercial Jet Operators to ensure we can provide the most suitable aircraft choices for the clients’ requirements
- Minimum of two years' experience in private jet charter brokerage.
- Client focused with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in industry software and tools for flight planning and booking.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing client needs and market trends.
