We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Luxury Travel to lead and expand a bespoke luxury travel offering within a private aviation environment. This role will focus on developing high-end travel experiences for ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients, aircraft owners and private aviation customers, while driving business growth and service excellence.
The successful candidate will combine strong luxury travel expertise, commercial acumen and relationship management skills, with the ability to build and scale a premium travel function within a fast-paced aviation business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow a luxury travel offering tailored to UHNW private aviation clients and aircraft owners.
- Curate bespoke, high-end travel experiences including luxury accommodation, concierge services and exclusive destination experiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury travel suppliers, hotels, resorts and global concierge partners.
- Manage and optimize booking systems and travel technology platforms, including GDS systems such as Amadeus.
- Oversee luxury travel website development and content strategy, ensuring strong brand positioning and client engagement.
- Drive new business acquisition while expanding relationships with existing private aviation clients and owner representatives.
- Lead and develop a high-performing luxury travel team, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational excellence.
- Proven experience within luxury travel, concierge travel or high-end travel consultancy environments.
- Strong understanding of UHNW clientele and private aviation service expectations.
- Hands-on experience with GDS platforms, ideally Amadeus.
- Demonstrated success in luxury travel sales, client acquisition and relationship management.
- Experience managing travel platforms, digital content or collaborating with web and marketing teams.
- Previous leadership or team management experience within travel, hospitality or lifestyle services.
- Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills with a highly detail-oriented approach.
- Passionate about luxury travel and delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale a premium service offering.
- Strong relationship builder with a polished and professional communication style.
