Responsible to: Duty Manager
Division / Line of Business: Cargo
Location: London Heathrow Airport, UK
Salary: DOE £26,500 - £29,500

The Office Administration Cargo Agent objectives are to ensure we are engaging with our customers, understanding their requirements and meeting all the deadlines. The person must have effective communication skills and be able to perform security tasks as required by CAA to aid and assist in the efficient running of a busy cargo operation.
Our client runs a 24/7 operation, this is a busy role in a complex and highly regulated airport environment. You will need to have the flexibility to work various shift early and late on a 5 on 3 off basis.
Main Responsibilities:
- Document and freight reception duties.
- Truck and flight manifesting.
- AWB Rating and completion.
- ULD build up manifesting (ABS2020 In house system).
- ABS functions including manifesting, post flights, full data capture etc.
- Data input to various airlines dedicated computer systems.
- Dangerous goods and AVI checking.
- NES entry completion.
- Import Inventory input and control.
- Discrepancy reporting.
- Resolving service issues for our customers.
- Liaise with our customer airlines and their customers.
