- Title: Marketing / Promotional ManagerResponsible to: Vice President, Business Development and StrategyLocation: BelgiumSalary: €62,000 per Annum
Our client offers life-cycle support services for fixed wing aircraft, helicopters armoured vehicles and weapon systems on the international market. Their strategy is to enlarge local presence in various countries by establishing new local units, which would work in close co-operation with local defence and governmental customers.
We are now searching for an experienced Marketing / Promotional Manager to join their expanding business, the ideal candidate will come from a background within Defence, aviation & Aerospace or Governmental institutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Assessing and understanding customer and stakeholders needs, behaviours and
- ways to impact through marketing
- Plan and execute marketing strategy
- Plan and execute market / sales process specific marketing campaigns
- Tactical marketing support to sales projects i.e. account based marketing (ABM) to
- support winning of sales cases
- Business marketing support to market areas
- Support to defining country key customer communication plan (e.g. sales project,
- country, market area level)
- Ensure proper brand visibility
- Plan exhibition and other trade shows together with Portfolio
- Closely cooperate with portfolio marketing, e.g. to create marketing material & key
- communication messages
Essential Requirements:
- University degree from relevant field
- 5+ years working experience from marketing and promotion working in multicultural and international environment
- Experience from using modern marketing and media tools
- Defence and governmental domain experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Fluent written and spoken English, other language competence a plus
