Description
TARCG now has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated and customer focused individual to work with our client in an Aviation, Ground handling & Cargo environment. The ideal candidate must have effective communication skills and be able to provide a superior level of customer service to the portfolio of regional accounts and generate and optimize revenue.

Successful candidates will also be expected to handle and manage quotes, bookings, general enquiries, and customer service issues, whilst delivering the highest possible revenue return by upselling and using market intelligence tools.

Job Responsibilities:

· Support the commercial team in achieving the regional revenue targets.
· Dealing directly with clients, covering quotations, bookings, CS issues
· Adhere to companies processes and policies for quotes and bookings
· To drive and provide an excellent level of customer services to the contracted account portfolio.
· Direct engagement with clients on a reactive and proactive basis.
· In conjunction with the commercial team, explore and develop new revenue streams – to include export sales, import handling, third party handling and any other related pipeline revenue opportunities, including charter or bespoke work
· Support the customer call strategy and deliver the territory plan activity.
· Work with the sales manager to support the commercial team delivering sales initiatives, regular customer forums and any other ad-hoc events of a public relations nature.
· Ensure an effective close working relationship with key customers keeping own team up to date with initiatives, promotions etc.
· Ensure that telephone sales are maximized through management of individual portfolio
· Make best use of industry data i.e. CASS, WACD to maximize revenues
· Handling of customer complaints and responsible for ensuring action taken in a timely manner
· Increase distribution efficiency via promotion and expansion of the “On Line” booking platform
· Embrace CRM applications and use effectively
· Build and develop long term client relationships
· Investigate billing disputes and liaise with finance to resolve
· Close coordination with finance on credit control avoiding any exposure to the business

· Skilled IT skills required on both external and internal systems/programs

This is a full time, permanent position and suitable candidates will be required to commit to the following shift pattern:

Monday – Friday 12:00 – 02:00 i.e. 12:00-20:00 / 14:00-22:00 / 15:00 – 23:00 / 16:00 – 00:00 / 18:00 – 02:00.

Saturday 12:00 – 21:00 – one in 4.
