- TARCG now has an exciting opportunity for an organised, motivated and customer focused individual to work with our client in an Aviation, Ground handling & Cargo environment. The ideal candidate must have effective leadership and communication skills and be able to provide a superior level of customer service.
The CSM objectives are effective management of the customer relationship between Client & Airline Customer, expansion of the customer / supplier relationship, working towards raising our clients presence and profile at the Airline Customer. Play a key part in working alongside the Airline Customer on future expansion business opportunities
Effective management of warehouse operation and staff to include:
• Allocation of tasks to warehouse staff, prioritising when needed.
• Manage the flow of goods in/out of warehouse, utilising full capacity of warehouse.
• Ensure CC SOP’s are followed.
• Ensure operational processes as per the Security Program.
• Promote and maintain positive H&S culture within warehouse.
• Maintain highest levels of security in line with requirements.
• Manpower planning, managing warehouse shifts.
• Ensure mandatory training requirements are being met.
• On the job training of new starters, highlighting any areas where improvement is needed.
• Accurate and timely completion of daily/weekly/monthly reports to Operations Manager.
• To provide Customer, Airline Customer Representatives and Officials with a high standard of service.
• Be the liaison person between Airline Customer, Customers and the client.
• Manage all aspects of new vender set including agreement of contracts - commercial agreement / SLA’s.
• Work within SLAs agreed with customers and Airline Customer.
• Attend regular meetings with business partners.
• Understand and work with the customer to ensure their needs are always being met.
• To carry out any other task deemed necessary and reasonable by the company.

• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to liaise effectively with other staff, customers and suppliers at all levels.
• High degree of self-motivation and professionalism.
• Respectfully considerate of others, dealing with people in a fair, ethical and courteous manner.
• Ability to accept responsibility, with confidence in decision making.
• Flexibility to any operations schedule changes or operational changes.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Requires strong but fair leadership qualities.
