Location: Stevenage, UK
Work Type: Contract/Freelance
Rate: £45.00/hr
Duration: ASAP - 10 Months+
Role Summary:
Define strategy and policy for Energy management & supply
Propose and coordinate Energy saving transnational projects
Anticipates and shape international/national regulation
Benchmark, investigate and experiment new technologies and best practices for Energy management
Evaluate new regulation impacting Energy,
Manage Energy Supply Delivery Point, manage Energy sold to public grid and tenants
Collect data, ensure accuracy and availability of Energy data
Report Energy and CO2 for authorities: ETS-CCL-CRC etc.
Analyse data, identify the drivers, build consumption profiles
Monitor, forecast and report budget, savings and roadmap,
Define Energy target and technologies for new building construction projects
Define Energy Generation Asset operation Strategy
Realize and maintain Energy Generation Site Master Plan
Investigate Energy savings opportunities,
Define and implement Energy saving action plan
Manage site energy saving projects
Knowledge/Experience Required
Basic financial understanding of Energy management
Data & digital solutions for FM
Energy data analysis & performance management
Energy management strategy & policy
Environmental regulations & compliance
FM specification
ISO 50001 Energy Management Standard
