- TARCG now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to work with our client within an Aviation, Ground handling & Cargo environment. Objectives of the Warehouse Agent are to ensure our client is engaging with customers,
understanding their requirements and meeting all the deadlines. The right candidate must have effective communication skills and be able to perform security tasks as required by CAA (Civil Aviation Authority). Identify Dangerous Goods and build Cargo to the airline’s specification.
The main responsibilities of this role include:
- Undertake Daily ULD Counts for our customer airlines to their advised schedule.
- Undertake Full Identity Checks of our Customer ULD’s to their advised Schedule
- Airside Housekeeping and ensuring all customer ULD’s are stored correctly and safely.
- Build-up of Pallet stacks to the Airlines required specification.
- Organizing the storage and collection of waste (Polyethene/Scrap Wooden Pallets) by our waste Contractors.
- Provide Security Escorts for our Airline customers for their freighter Ops.
- Provide Security Escorts for delivery of equipment and supplies from Company contractors.
- Be able to work flexible hours to meet the needs of our customers, outside of rostered shift working.
- Undertake Full Import & Export Bond checks when needed.
- To carry out any other tasks deemed necessary and reasonable by the company.
