- The Role:
As a Client Service Manager you will be responsible for providing VIP customer service and support to Vimana Private Jet’s clients in the form of charter flight request management and quotations, flight enquiry support, and all other private and luxury travel enquiry requirement support.
Upon charter flight confirmations, the Employee will also provide legal contracts and invoices to clients, and coordinate all aspects of the upcoming flight with Aircraft Operators as well as any additional support where required; such as contacting FBO’s / Private Terminals, Chauffeur Transfers, etc.
The employee will also assist with Vimana Private Jet’s business strategies in generating new business for the company.
Hours of Work:
The Employee's normal working hours (Full Time basis) shall be 12-hour shifts consisted of Day and Night cover to assist with providing 24-hour / 365 support to Vimana Private Jet’s clients.
The Employee may need to also assist with shift cover where and when required for colleagues annual leave or sickness.
Place of Work:
The Employee’s place of work will be within your home office. You may be required from time-to-time to visit and work at such other locations and for such times as the Company considers necessary for the proper performance of your duties.
