Location: West Region (Remote)
Salary: $100k to $135k (10% team bonus)
Work Type: Permanent
TARCG Aviation has an exciting new opportunity for a Sales Manager to work with our aviation client based within the West Region of the US. Our client is looking for a professional who is responsible for the success of the west region sales. Successful candidates must be able to set goals for the west region and produce sales to hit the company goals and targets. They must also possess the ability to build strong customer relations and forecast sales for the coming months and year. Must have knowledge of the market.
Responsibilities:
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully building customer relationships
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan for the west region that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs with the company’s objectives in mind
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team for the we3st region
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new product offerings and competition status
- Experience with the aviation market
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to having the best customer service
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Ability to manage time while working out of your home office
