- Role: Data Entry ClerkLocation: Filton – on siteRate of Pay: Please apply for further detailsWorking Pattern: Standard 35 hours across 4.5 days (working between 7-7 at business discretion)Length of Contract: Until 07/05/2023
Role Overview:Due to the expansion of the 1YU Domain there is a need to make sure any documentation being moved during this process is archived correctly and available electronically. Any missing documents will need to be scanned and sent for archiving.
Responsibilities:• Check document has a reference number and, if not, give it one using the ADSN system• Scan files and place in the P drive ready for archiving• Cross-check the documents that have reference numbers using the electronic filing system ECM• If files are not in ECM check to see if the signed file is in the 2nd and 3rd electronic archiving systems (AIRINA, SCF DMS)• If the files are not in any of the electronic systems, scan the full document and place in the P drive ready for archiving• Once archiving location has been obtained send paper files to the Archiving team and load electronic files into ECM tool if possible• Support the domain technical authority administrator in bringing up to date the records of signatory authority for the Domain including: - Review current records with signatories and update records if required - Perform independent cross checks of data between system and draft records prior to implementation
Skill Set:Essential:• Candidate needs to have strong interpersonal skills• Candidate needs to have strong attention to detail and be self-motivated• Be organised• Have strong IT skills – including Google Sheets
