- Role: Learning Delivery PartnerRate of Pay: Please apply for further detailsLocation: Broughton – Hybrid working pattern – 3 days onsite minimumLength of Contract: Contract until 30/11/2023 – high likelihood of extensionWorking Pattern: Standard 35 hours per week (working 4.5 days between the hours of 7am – 7pm, hours agreed at business discretion)
The Learning Delivery Partner (LDP) is responsible for the delivery of training to a Production area (typically a plant) and acts as the focal point for an assigned org unit(s), considering their specific constraints and ensuring on-time, on-cost, on-quality yearly learning plan deployment in the production area advising the business on the best learning solutions to fit their needs.
Responsibilities:• Ensure deployment of the learning plan for a defined perimeter (per business area and production domain)• Ensure business proximity and gather learning and knowledge management needs and priorities, understanding business constraints, assessing feasibility, and leading deployment of the learning plan working closely with key stakeholders• Lead regular meetings with business focal points to monitor their learning plan and anticipate any challenges• Act as a focal point for the business answering all learning related questions and making links with the central learning team where appropriate• Regular monitoring of the learning plan and anticipating of future learning needs • Contribute to regular multi-functional team meetings representing the LDP team as appropriate, presenting data analysis, identifying challenges and risks, proposing solutions, and advising on processes• Working closely with our training administration provider to ensure successful deployment of training to the business• Anticipating risks and implementing actions to resolve any deployment issues in collaboration with all stakeholders• Assess deployment feasibility of learning projects in partnership with the business Contribute to learning projects locally and/or transnationally in collaboration with the central learning team
