- Role: Quality Conformance ManagerRate of Pay: Please apply for further detailsLocation: Filton – hybrid working 60% onsite as a minimumLength of Contract: Until 02/01/2024Working Pattern: Standard 35 hours across 4.5 days (working between 7-7 at business discretion)
Role Overview:IM organisation is changing. Because we face challenged, we embraced them. The new IM operating model is based on four main drivers: Collaboration between the business and IM, E2E product accountability, reinforced governance and people empowerment and development.
In a nutshell:• We need to continually ensure that we are compliant with the Business Management System• Be aware of our business requirements coming from key areas within the business, export control, company security, data, ensuring we are compliant in our ways of working• Driving simplification of the IM quality system and challenging the BMS at central level
• Reinforce within our PSL’s the quality mind set, promoting ‘Quality is everyone’s responsibility’• Take an active role in companywide initiatives such as Quality and Safety First Responsibilities• Take a proactive role in the definition and continuous improvement of the IM Quality System• Drive the implementation of the IM Quality Systems working with the PSL’s to ensure we meet the IM objectives• Working in a collaborative way with other products within the DGQ, PSL’s and the business• Support the PSL’s in audit preparation
Skill Set:Essential:• Collaboration and drive for results will be key to success• Self-management in a kind and assertive manner to ensure each person is held accountable
• Be comfortable leading people across all functions• Be able to influence our stakeholders on top management level• Have a strong business and quality acumen to understand the challenges of deploying a quality management system in an agile world where quality can be challenged• Have a mature and strong character being able to clearly communicate and convince networks the key messages on the quality subject
