- Role: Pensions Administrative AssistantRate of Pay: Please apply for further detailsLocation: Broughton - first couple months fully in office then hybrid working may be an optionWorking Pattern: Standard 35 hours across 4.5 days (working between 7-7 at business discretion)Length of Contract: Until 05/02/2024 - Possibility of extensionTravel: Occasional travel to other Airbus sites within UK (once per month)
Role Overview:The Pensions Team is a friendly, busy team dealing with a wide range of tasks including pension legislation, financial data and technical queries and support to the business and members of the multiple pension schemes.
Responsibilities:• Support the Pensions team via a range of administrative tasks both on and off line• No two days are the same so it is important for this person can adapt their worklist to meet priorities of the team• Maintain the ongoing day to day customer service delivery• Monitor and implement processes for both internal and external providers and stakeholders in accordance with standard operation procedures to ensure and efficient, positive and easy-to-use experience for employees, HR teams and the wider business
Skill Set:Essential:• GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths• Experience in a similar admin support role• Familiarity with MS Office and G-Suite applications• A good level of written and spoken communication skills
Desirable:• Experience within a pensions or finance department
