Role Overview:This temporary role is a project coordination role supporting the IM Cyber Security Transformation team. This role has three elements as described below:• As part of the overall IM Cyber Security governance we hold a monthly Security Validation Committee called the Airbus Commercial DST. The purpose of the committee is to review and validate projects based on the demonstrated security maturity.• The IM Cyber Security organisation has many interdependencies with other IM domains and on this basis we hold monthly steering meetings between these parties. The purpose of the steering meetings is to take decisions that cannot be made at a working level, to confirm priorities and to share key messages between the teams.• The IM Cyber Security Transformation team has a responsibility to track, monitor and report on the portfolio of projects/activities underway within the wider IM Cyber Security organisation. As part of this we have a data studio based reporting dashboard based in GSUITE.
Responsibilities:• Plan agenda for associated monthly committee meetings• Perform dry-run sessions with attending projects• Collate and distribute presentation material ahead of the reviews• Record and distribute minutes from the reviews• Record, track and follow up on actions during and after the reviews• Collect and plan agenda for associated reviews• Ensure presenters are ready and prepared for the reviews• Create and update our four-box report templates
Skill Set:Essential:• Project management/coordination experience
Desirable:• IM/Cyber Security knowledge is preffered
