- Role: Manufacturing Engineering Process Planning Engineer
Rate of Pay: Please apply for further details
Location: Broughton, Flintshire – an onsite requirement
Working Pattern: Standard 35 hours per week (working 4.5 days between the hours of 7am – 7pm, hours agreed at business discretion)
Length of Contract: Until 26/02/2024
Responsibilities:
· Review and sign design for manufacture drawings
· Review design changes using PFMEA and discuss with multi-functional team to understand impacts to production (tooling, process, risk, ergonomics)
· Update manufacturing engineering work preparation in line with requested changes: routing, bill of material, standard operating instruction, MTM Ticon, PPV
· Assess the changes made to determine if production process verification (PPV) is required
· Able to upload and amend ENG drawings and add photos and tooling instructions to SOIs.
Skills Required:
· Ability to work in a multi-functional team during stages of modifications
· Good communication skills (English)
· Competent in Microsoft Office and Google applications
· Good time management
· Educated to HNC or higher in an Engineering field or equivalent relevant experience
· Self-sufficient and mange workload in line with business needs.
