- Role: Tool Maintenance TechnicianRate of Pay: Please apply for further detailsLocation: FiltonLength of Contract: 12-months - ongoingWorking Pattern: Days: Monday-Thursday 6:30am-3:45pmRole Overview:Work under general supervision with a Workshop environment carrying out maintenance diagnoses and repairs
Responsibilities:• Participate as part of an integrated tool maintenance & calibration team, responsible to execute• Planned, corrective, fault finding and repair activities on a range of plant operations tooling & equipment in a safe, timely and quality manner to maximise plant & equipment availability, maintain asset integrity and achieve business objectives• Undertake preparation of equipment to company standards in a safe manner for use within an operational environment• Carry out daily housekeeping of workplace and tools to ensure a clean working environment
Skill Set:Essential:• A HNC in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent• A background in mechanical, electrical or automated equipment maintenance• Experience in hazard identification and control and have a safety-first mindset• Good communication interpersonal skills in English• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Good level of computer literacy• Experience of computerised maintenance management systems
