- Role: Process Operational Manager Representative Role - Manufacturing Engineering DepartmentRate of Pay: Please apply for further detailsLocation: Broughton, Flintshire – onsite requirementWorking Pattern: Standard 35 hours per week (working 4.5 days between the hours of 7am – 7pm, hours agreed at business discretion)Length of contract: Until 09/01/2024The job holder will primarily work within the Business Methods Engineering (BME) team in Broughton plant, to influence and improve Process System Efficiency (PSE) Operational Process Management in line with the Airbus Business Management System (BMS)Responsible for:· Actively support the Process Team Management Team in defining and improving the process, based on operational feedback.· Ensure adequate resources are available to support process deployment and application.· Lead process deployment in local Area.· Provide local inputs for Risk mitigation Plan, Process Performance measurements, resource model and process referential documentation process improvement feedback (issues, lessons learned) to the Process Management Team.· Deploy the process within my local area, through a robust link to local Process Operational Managers.
Required Skills:As the successful candidate, you must be able to demonstrate the following:· Management of stakeholders through clear communication and engagement at all stages of the project lifecycle.· Previous experience of working in an Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering environment would be highly desirable.· Innovative mindset with creativity and strong analytical skills.· Self-motivated in managing personal time, goals and objectives.· Able to work autonomously, recognising when support is required and seeking advice when necessary.
