Then the BX department can help you to make a step change in your career!This center of competence (CoC) is in charge of supporting key projects across the company and spreading PM (Project/Programme management) culture throughout Airbus.Whatever your background, we value your experience and are committed to develop your competences and PM certification even further.In the frame of the Wide Body (A330 & A350) Development Programme, you will operationally report to the wing lead PMBP and provide support to a programme Component Team Leader (CTL) to assist delivery of a mod or several mods within the wing perimeter. You will be responsible for steering the definition, deployment and monitoring of PM deliverables such as planning, cost risk and opportunity.You will guide the Wing CTL by supporting them in controlling and monitoring the project performance and adherence to the plan, and anticipating risk and opportunities, enabling timely decisions.The successful candidate will be motivated and passionate to maximise and drive best practice PM governance, methods and tools across the Widebody Wing projects.Tasks & accountabilitiesAccountabilities:On behalf of the head of wide body project office and wing Lead PMBP the job holder will manage all relevant Project Management (PM) activities within their allocated development wing modThe mission is to:● Implement appropriate Project and Programme management (PPM) for your nominated project(s)● Support the set-up activities for each new nominated project● Review and monitor PPM in your ongoing projects within the wing programme.● Act as a PM focal point for all of your nominated projects● Support your CTL to deliver projects to time, cost and quality● Be an active contributor to the BX transformation project to increase PM expertise inside the CoC
Main Activities:● Ensure the daily application of processes and procedures such as defining, setting-up and managing the○ Project Plan○ Resource Plan○ Risks and Ops register○ Organisation set up● Act as co-pilot your CTL in their accountability to:○ Achieve time, cost and performance objective by analysing information to identify any deviations to the project plan○ Capture and formalise project requirements○ Support business case and PEA proposals○ Create and deliver reports on the status of your nominated projects using appropriate indicators and analysis (KPI, Dashboard etc)○ facilitate the risks and opportunities process for your nominated projects○ Support the creation of the integrated planning in the selected planning tool○ Support meetings with suppliers, functions and all other relevant stakeholdersThis role may involve occasional travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Competencies:● Good level of competences defined in the PMBP job profile● Good working knowledge and experience of Aircraft production / Aircraft engineering.● Holder of Airbus PM Certification – Iron level / PMP® certification (desirable)● Nominal Google Suite / MS Office Skills + MS Project / Other planning tools● Languages: English - L5 Proficiency
