Role Overview:Airbus are seeking a highly experienced Project Management to join a small team dealing with a diverse portfolio managing all Airbus UK sites. The role includes ownership structure, new releases and supply chain management.
Responsibilities:• Develop and manage Airbus Regional RE portfolio through investments, purchases, leases, divestments and de-renting• Ensure adequate relationship with internal customers and partners, as well as externals stakeholders (e.g. local authorities, landlords, investors, brokers)• Design and develop processes incl. methods & tools to ensure organisational efficiency, cost savings and risk management• Manage the Real Estate Database and reporting for regions• Manage Financial Opex and Capex expenditure for RE&GZ activities, by tracking spend and forecasting risks and opportunities• Manage RE portfolio tasked by HO GWLRx to ensure development and maintenance of the strategy for property and real estate (incl needs and priorities of the business and exterior factors as well as general zoning)• Strategic development of the Airbus Regional RE portfolio through investments, purchases, leases, divestments and de-renting to support the strategy and operations of the Airbus majority-owned entities based on Airbus standards and to ensure optimised use of RE assets• Project Management to ensure adequate relationship with internal customers (Airbus divisions, sites, plants, subsidiaries, companies, mergers & acquisitions), with internal partners (Finance, Treasury, Tax, Legal & Compliance, GP) and externals (local authorities, landlords, investors, brokers, developers, governmental departments, general partners)• Management of Airbus Real Estate ownership in an optimised set-up in Airbus majorityowned entities in accordance with Airbus governance rules• Prepare, draft and negotiate lease contracts for all Airbus majority- owned entities together with representatives from the Legal Practice Area Real Estate in Region• Design and Develop Processes incl. methods & tools to establish organisational efficiency, smooth work flows and cost savings and risk management, using the ERM process to identify, evaluate, prioritise maintain, mitigate the reporting of Real Estate and General Zoning risks• Manage the Real Estate Database and Reporting for region including the Annual update of the RED Database regarding real estate assets and maintaining market trends and analysis and evolution• Manage the Transaction Management of Real Estate recurring and non-recurring payments inclusive of rent and rent reviews, property tax (Business Rates), insurance and compensation payments from tenants• Establish and Manage external professional services and resources to deliver Real Estate and general zoning objectives• Manage and sustain the required updates for the General Zoning Site Plans for the Regional Perimeter
