Description
Role: ERP Change Manager
Rate of Pay: Please apply for further details 
Location: Stevenage - Following a familiarisation period on site this role will involve hybrid working 3 days per week on-site and two days per week working from home candidates must be able to work on site full time when required – free parking is provided
Working Pattern: 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday, Days
Length of Contract: 12-months - Possible extension after initial contract duration
Travel: Regular travel to other UK sites
Job Summary:
Responsible for the coordination of the Business Key User (BKU) and Change Agent network to successfully deliver the ERP Roadmap across the UK Space Plants (Portsmouth / Stevenage).

Job Profile:
Manage the change impact of the ERP Roadmap in the UK
Tailor the programme “case for change” to each site’s environment (Portsmouth / Stevenage)
Conduct local stakeholder assessments, with support from Senior Managers
Challenge our internal stakeholders on the AS-IS while keeping them informed and engaged via open communication
Build the UK change management action plan
Deploy and Monitor resultant change actions
Create and animate the site change agent network and activities with the support and collaboration of the local management team(s)
Address and support the human aspects of change, knowledge of ‘The Skilled Helper’ intervention techniques key to success
Raise awareness of the ERP roadmap, ensuring all functions have visibility of and understand the benefits and impact, with support of external Management Consultants
Perform regular communication sessions with the affected community (end users) with support of external Management Consultants
Capture lessons learnt throughout the project roadmap
Collect feedback and facilitate Q&A sessions
Share best practices with other change coordinators within the ERP Roadmap (Germany / France / Spain)
Identify training needs for all functions
Plan, deploy and monitor training deployment across the relevant functions
Achieve and maintain stakeholder buy-in at all phases of the development and deployment of the ERP roadmap
Ensure business continuity with end users ability to work under SAP S4HANA
Contribute to improvements in migration methods and industrialisation
Continually assess the effectiveness of the change management programme and identify additional needs as required, reporting upwards of any issues
Contribute to the annual Operational Planning (OP) cycle with inputs of required support (functions, skills, FTE etc.)
Provide monthly progress reports on process mapping, implementation of change and project financial status
Know the impacted population, even better if recognized by it
Awareness of technical and functional changes

Skills/Experience Required:
Essential Experience:
Demonstrated ability to deliver transformation or change projects on time and to business requirements
Previous experience demonstrated in a high pressure results driven environment in any one of the following industries:
Aerospace / Defence / Communications / Manufacturing / Production / IT
Knowledge of Continuous Improvement Methodologies
Experience of deploying Improvement Techniques in challenging circumstances
Awareness of ‘Agile’ change programmes
Stakeholder management
Interact and Influence
Manage human aspect of change
Practical and proactive mind-set
Quality driven approach.
Good team leading abilities and high self-motivation
Good problem solving skills (technical, logistics and organisational)
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to achieve and retain a security level of SC.
Experience or background in End to End digital business systems deployment or Service Delivery
Experience or background in Production Support, Supply Chain management or Logistics
Space systems telecommunications experience
Previous involvement in FMEA
Knowledge of Health and Safety principles and their application to the specific environment
Previous experience demonstrated in a high pressure results driven environment in any one of the following industries -
Aerospace
Defence
Communications
Manufacturing
Production
IT

Education & Training:
Preferably a STEM degree or degree in –
Operations Management,
Project Management,
Business Management
Or
A recognized Change Management Qualification
