Salary: £26,000 per annum

TARCG has an exciting new opportunity for a Junior Field Service Technician to work with our client based in Cambridgeshire. Successful candidates will be joining a leading company in the field of Aerospace Test Equipment Systems, Aircraft Ground Support Equipment and Aircraft Component Manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
- Learn from senior colleagues how to support and maintain electrical and hydraulic.
- Test Equipment (TE) as well as Aircraft Ground Support Equipment (GSE)
- Build your knowledge how to calibrate, repair and maintain Test Equipment
- Report test and calibration activities
- Collaborate with UK and Austrian colleagues.
- Manage company vehicle, tooling, and support equipment.
- National technical vocational training (e.g. C&G/NVQ/HNC/HND) – ideally mechanical bias
- Willingness and ability to travel within the UK (approx. 80% travelling) and to Non EU countries for up to 3 weeks per year
- Enjoyment of support activities and customer contact
- Good MS Office skills (especially Word, Excel Outlook)
