TARCG has an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team based in Exeter Devon.

TARCG is an international Aviation & Aerospace, Defence - and Space recruitment and staffing organisation providing Temporary, Permanent & Headhunting hiring solutions. Created in 2016 by industry professionals, we work with the world’s largest and most reputable Aircraft MRO’s (Maintenance Repair & Overhaul), Manufactures, Airlines, Operators, OEM’s, Airports, Rotary, Logistics, VIP & Business, Military & Defence Companies & Regulatory Authorities etc. We are a family run business with a personable approach, and we are committed to delivering the highest quality service through partnered solutions.

We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our office in Exeter, Devon. Your key duties will be supporting the Management Team in the day-to-day admin tasks in a very fast-paced and exciting environment whilst ensuring long-lasting relationships with our Clients and Candidates, ensuring a smooth end-to-end hiring process.

The Offer:
· Full-time permanent position to start ASAP
· Location: Exeter, Devon
· Competitive Salary £19,000 - £25,000 per annum (DOE)
· Quarterly and Annual Company Bonus Scheme
· Monday – Friday, 9 am – 4:30 pm (½ hour lunch)

Duties to include but not limited to:
· Providing exceptional customer service
· Advertise vacancies
· Source, screen and provide a shortlist of qualified candidates
· Candidate onboarding process including chasing of essential documentation
· Registering the candidates and clients on our computer system
· Processing weekly and monthly timesheets
· Processing expenses
· Weekly bill & payroll process
· Contract preparation
· Marketing and increasing our social media presence
· Overall candidate care including travel and accommodation coordination
· General Administrative duties as required

Essential:
· Previous experience in recruitment or similar
· Professional communication skills both on the phone and email
· Good organisation skills
· Manage your own time effectively
· Attention to detail
· Minimum Intermediate level using MS Excel, Word etc
· A methodical and organised approach to working
· Flexibility within the role

Desirable
· Aviation background
· Administration of recruitment contracts & timesheets

Qualifications:
· Educated to a degree, GCSE standard or equivalent
· Must have achieved or be willing to work towards Certificate in Recruitment Practice
