- Title: Senior Aircraft ECS Systems Engineer
Location: Turkey
Salary: Circa $50,000 per annum
Type: Permanent
TARCG has an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Aircraft ECS Systems Engineer to work with our client based in Turkey. Suitable candidates will have previous experience of working within a similar role in the aviation and aerospace industry.
Responsibilities:
- The ECS Systems Engineer will be responsible for the coordination, development, and management of technical requirements.
- Coordinate and execute design reviews to include SRR, SFR, PDR, CDR, FRR, TRR, SVR for air vehicle, systems, and components.
- Execute design reviews for ensuring all necessary deliverables are complete and entry and exit criteria is met.
- Development of requirements and preparation of specifications for ECS subsystems, components, parts and assemblies.
- Collaborate with design engineers in the development of system and component level technical requirement specifications and Statements of Work.
- Work with design teams to develop validation/verification plans/ reports for each subsystem.
- Support the identification and management of risks, issues, and opportunities and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Track and capture design decision notices, impacts and design changes as they occur throughout the program.
- Architecture definition for ECS and its sub-systems.
- Senior Aircraft ECS (Environmental Control System) Systems Engineer
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Air Vehicle Systems, Systems Engineering (excluding Avionics Systems)
- Consultancy is acceptable with time and material basis.
- Experience in ACCS (Air Cycle Cooling Systems) preferred
- Experience in VCCS (Vapor Cycle Cooling Systems) preferred
- Experience in CPCS (Cabin Pressure Control Systems) preferred
- Experience in BAS (Bleed Air Systems) preferred
- Experience in thermos-fluidic systems such as icing, fire protection, fuel is also acceptable
- Awareness of regulatory standards (e.g. DO-160, DO-254, DO-178) and aircraft system guidelines (ARP4754A, ARP4761, etc.)
- Experience in IBM DOORS.
