Location: Scotland
Salary: Circa £35,500 per annum
Type: Permanent
TARCG has an exciting new opportunity for an Aircraft Cleaning Manager to work with our client located in Scotland. Successful candidates will form part of a leadership team that will be responsible for the management and performance of the department.
Responsibilities:
- To successfully manage the department and a create a culture that strives to deliver
- excellence.
- Builds and maintains successful working relationships with key clients.
- The successful implementation of our client’s systems and processes
- Delivering departmental performance and highlighting areas of improvement
- Ensure a safe working environment for staff and customers.
- Work closely and collaboratively with the leadership team.
- Assist in the management of financial and commercial business functions.
- Proven leadership and organisational capabilities
- Previous experience of working within a similar capacity
- Experience in managing a complex 24/7 operations.
- A proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service with the ability to influence
- working relationships.
- The ability to lead a team within a fast-paced environment.
