A position has become available for a Supply Chain Project Manager working with the Supply Chain Business Partner team in Broughton to lead and support supplier abnormalities for the plant.The role will cover multiple programmes and aims to focus on the following:Responsibilities:Work with the Supply chain business partners to understand the supplier issues and support in putting a process and plan in place that protects the businessUpdate one-pagers and Stock profilesUnderstanding of operational disruption management and support on SDO submissionsUpdate the business (Supply chain and operations) on progress of abnormalitiesStrong project management skillsStrong communication skillsStrong stakeholder management skills
Required Skills:Supply chain understanding/ experience is essentialAbility to work autonomously, with high levels of personal organisation is essential.Structured, organised and focussed to deliver on time, cost and quality.Excellent data management and visualisation skills.Ability to listen, understand and respond in a constructive manner.Ability to negotiate and influence.Willingness and ability to handle changes on a day-to-day basis.Challenge mind-set, ability to speak up.
