- Role: Project Manager - HR Transformation and DigitalRate of Pay: Please apply for further detailsLocation: Filton - 60% onsiteWorking Pattern: Standard 35 hours across 4.5 days (working between 7-7 at business discretion)Length of Contract: Until 31/08/2024 - Possible extensionTravel: Occasional travelOverview:Airbus is on a journey to transform its business through digital solutions, new ways of working, and putting the human dimension at the heart of the organization.HR Transformation and Digital is a key enabler on this journey with a focus on digitalisation of its services to the business, the creation of new ways of working and ensuring that a people centric mindset is a key element of this business transformation.Our department is looking for a passionate and proactive Project Manager. The role will give the successful candidate the opportunity to be involved in projects that impact the Airbus business across all of our core countries.In a typical week in this role, you will be involved in the following:● Delivering projects efficiently and effectively.● Developing strong internal networks within the UK and across the other core countries (France, Germany and Spain).● Achieving effective change management, engagement and buy-in from stakeholders to relevant change projects.
A few key projects that you will be expected to be involved in include:● Being a part of the Voice of Employee mission working on projects linked to improving our Employee Experience.● Managing projects linked to the implementation of HR Transformation initiatives (e.g. improvements to HR digital tools, hybrid working and the Joiners Movers Leavers programme)
