- Role: Product Management SupportRate of Pay: Please apply for further detailsLocation: Filton – hybrid working approach (60% onsite)Working Pattern: Standard 35 hours per week (working 4.5 days between the hours of 7am – 7pm, hours agreed at business discretion)Length of Contract: Until 20/08/2024The tasks will be varied and require you to use different skills (technical, product management, communication etc.) in order to complete them successfully.
You will:· Support ART & Large Solution ceremonies as applicable· Product Backlog· Product vision· Collaborating with Enablers, Business Owners and with other ARTs and project teams· Roadmap preparations and updates· ART Governance· Business Owner collaboration· Risk Management· Systems Demo
EPIC Management:· Continuous evolution of business case· Support organising, preparing & conducting workshops· Preparation of slide packs for various milestones· Creating google site for information sharing and collaboration
Behavioural skills:· Autonomous, Self-empowered and Team Player· Comfortable in a multicultural team, employing ethical leadership with cross cultural and diverse viewpoints· Passion for new technologies and trends and excited at the prospect of building upon your existing· Technical & leadership skills· Alert and aware to globalisation and digitalization requirements· Proficient oral and written communication skills, flexible, engaged and curious.· Ownership & Accountability· Capability to challenge, adopt and to collaborate with transnational multidisciplinary teams.
Technical skills:· Engineering qualification background preferred· Competency in transverse disciplines (lean, innovation, design thinking, Data Governance)· Knowledge in Engineering design tools preferred· Experience working on SAFE Agile and Agile WoW
