- Role: Quality AdministratorRate of Pay: Please apply for further detailsLocation: Broughton, Flintshire – onsiteWorking Pattern: Standard 35 hours per week (working 4.5 days between the hours of 7am – 7pm, hours agreed at business discretion)Length of Contract: Until 30/09/2024 – likely to be extendedA great opportunity has arisen in Airbus UK Broughton for someone to join the Quality Team as a Quality Administrator.Responsibilities:· Support business on SAP and other internal systems for Broughton Quality team.· Apply problem solving methodology and Identify resolutions for any SAP issues within the NC process. Act as a focal point for any changes to NC process as cascaded from process owners.· Develop and ensure any SAP change requests are raised and appropriate project leader identified to coordinate with ICT and support user acceptance testing prior to go-live.· Act as a Documentation focal point to provide support and coaching to the Quality and Manufacturing community within Broughton in respect of the Business Management System.· Act as first line of contact for referential related issues prioritising and resolving issues as they arise.· Ensure Airbus-UK Documentation governance and approval are strictly maintained.· Ensure contact with key stakeholders (i.e., central referential teams) to ensure topicality of the BMS process.· Carry out compliance checks on documents prior to submitting for technical and final quality approval in line with the process.· Support the company’s certifications and interfaces with Quality Authorities (EASA).· Enable SAP Access and Certification Rights for Shop Floor Production employees at Broughton as well as working transnationally with Toulouse, Hamburg, Bremen, Seville and Alabama.
Essentials:· Computer literate, inclusive of G-Suite (Sheets/ Slides/ Mail/ Docs)· SAP experience· Experience of problem solving and the ability to troubleshoot issues with a calm methodical approach.· Ability to use initiative to develop quick and effective resolutions to problems.· Willingness to learn and develop knowledge in order to respond to business queries· Ability to prioritise the distribution of complex information, identify relevant audience and cascade information appropriately in order to support business activities· Organisation and workload prioritisation skills are essential to ensure that business needs are fully supported including a willingness to work overtime to resolve issues, if required.· Confident approach with assertiveness, when required, to ensure adherence to Airbus processes and procedures in line with delegated responsibility· Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate at all levels of organisation and build reliable network· Ability to work independently, leading tasks where required, whilst also keeping team and business updated on progress.
