- Job Title: B1/B2 Certifying Engineer
Location: Cornwall
Contract: Permanent
Shift Pattern: 5 on 5 off, 4 days on 4 days off
Salary: £57,000 to £67,000 (DOE & shift pattern)
TARCG has an exciting new opportunity for a B1/B2 Certifying Engineer to work with our aviation
client based in Cornwall. Our client is an industry leader in specialised and innovative solutions for
aviation’s most complex challenges.
Responsibilities:
• Line maintenance certifying engineer supporting King Air 200 & 300 aircraft
• Support maintenance and/or rectification on other company aircraft types as required
• Support the day-to day running of the maintenance organisation line station
• Support the cleanliness, tidiness and upkeep of maintenance facilities and equipment
• Have stores knowledge, preferably within aviation/aerospace with experience of working
within a bonded store and tool store
• Must demonstrate attention to detail
• Good communicator with a polite and courteous manner
• IT literate preferably with experience of MRO software systems
• Able to work as a team
• Able to work under pressure within deadlines
Requirements:
• An unrestricted UK CAA Part 66 B1 & B2 License, holding King Air 200 or 300 type ratings
• Demonstrable recent experience on King Air 200 or 300
• Flexible and able to travel to work and other sites as required
• Automatic right to work in the UKL
• Excellent team player and communicator
• Able to work as a team
• Good IT skills
