TARCG is currently seeking a Senior Private Jet Charter Broker to work with our client based in Central London. The successful candidate will play a key role in a fast-growing, forward-thinking organisation that is redefining the charter market and combine strong commercial performance with leadership influence within the team.

This role is ideal for a broker with 3-5 years' experience and who is confident in running complex charters, managing key client relationships, and contributing to the development of junior brokers and the wider commercial strategy. The suitable candidate will be a broker with proven jet sales experience who thrives in a fast-paced, client-driven environment and is confident in handling charter requirements end-to-end.

Responsibilities:
  • Build, manage, and grow a personal portfolio of high-net-worth and corporate clients, acting as a trusted advisor for all private jet travel needs.
  • Proactively generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and inbound inquiries.
  • Take full ownership of the private jet charter lifecycle, from initial inquiry through to post-flight follow-up.
  • Demonstrate a high level of expertise in aircraft types, charter procedures, pricing, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with aircraft operators, suppliers, and industry partners.
  • Monitor and oversee flights in real time, ensuring smooth departures, operational excellence, and exceptional client experience.
  • Manage time-sensitive and high-pressure bookings with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Act as a senior point of reference within the team, supporting junior brokers through guidance, best-practice sharing, and collaboration.
  • Represent our client during client meetings, sales visits, global industry events, flight reps, and rides.
Key Requirements:
  • 3-5 years' proven experience in private jet charter brokerage sales.
  • Proven track record of exceeding annual sales targets.
  • Commercially driven, ambitious, and highly self-motivated.
  • Confident managing UHNW clients and complex, bespoke charter requirements.
  • Strong resilience and ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organised with excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Flexible approach to working hours, including out-of-hours availability when required.
  • Exceptional communication skills; fluency in a second language is an advantage.
  • Full UK driving licence required and ability to work within the UK.
If you meet the above requirements and would like to be considered for this role, please send your updated resume to Ross Maclean-Bryant at ross@tarcg.com
