Rate: £22.60 - £25.00

Our client is a global pioneer in the aerospace industry, operating in the commercial aircraft, helicopters, defence and space sectors, leading the designing, manufacturing and delivering aerospace products, services and solutions to customers on a worldwide scale.
 
Sitting within a team who play a central role in the ongoing Single Aisle Ramp-up project, supporting the organization in the coordination of contingent workforce subcontracting activities together with Procurement and other main internal stakeholders located in Broughton. The focus of the mission will be to support and coordinate the set-up for BC collar Recruitment project with main internal stakeholders and our Supply Chain.
 
Main activities: 
 

• Providing support and coordination of our current recruitment subcontracting solutions
• You work closely with local key stakeholders ensuring the alignment of the recruitment ramp-up.

 
Main tasks:

• Be the main point of contact for Suppliers on the Blue Collar Recruitment.
• Support Weekly Meetings 
• Support the coordination with the Broughton Leadership on which job requisitions for which Department
• Liaising with suppliers on Lead times for Recruitment
• Provide advice on any specific Skilled recruitment packs, which are different than the norm to ensure they meet Quality standards
• Providing MI for the Plant on the Candidate Pools per skill set required and highlight any risks
• Arranging desks in the business and a suitable office for the Team, ensuring they can secure rooms for interviews
• Booking skills test and tank testing with the Training School in line with required numbers to enable the recruitment process can be facilitated
