- Title: HR Business Partner
Location: Germany
Rate: €500 - €750 per day
Work Type: Contract 6 months, possible extensionsTARCG has contract position for a HR Business Partner in Germany. The role is for approximately 6 months and will be reporting to the HR Director. Must be able to speak German and English, (French/Dutch is optional).
- Location: Frankfurt, Germany.
- Start: ASAP
- Rate: Between €500-€700 per day
- Accommodation / Flights - Possible
- Hours: est. 48hrs per week
- Shift Rotation: Mon-Fri (5-2)
Your responsibilities:- You will report directly to the HR Director
- You will manage and supervise the payroll in Germany
- You will execute and ensure the quality of expat/inpat calculations for missions abroad.
- You will execute salary calculations within the scope of annual budgeting, in coordination with the Business Control department
- You will assure that Comp & Ben related questions are resolved according to the applicable regulations.
- You will spend as much time as needed “on the ground”, building a trust relationship with the staff members and maintaining a good relationship with the trade unions
- You will help coordinate the Learning and Development aspects and onboarding.
- You are the primary point of contact for HR questions from employees, providing day to-day information and support
Essential Requirements:
- You have 5-10 years of relevant experience as an HR Business partner or Generalist, preferably in an international industrial environment
- You are perfectly fluent in German and English, French/Dutch is optional
- You have solid expertise in working C-level executives and trade unions (blue collar, international context).
- You have an excellent knowledge of MS/Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook …
- You are a team-player with a focus on achieving the group objectives
- You have good analytical, organizational and planning skills
- You have strong communication and consultative skills, combined with a genuine interest to be integrated in the core business
- You are perfectly fluent in German and English, French/Dutch is optional
- A strong expertise in comp&ben and payroll matters is required especially in an international environment
