Pay Rate: £19.21/ph within IR35
Duration: Until April 2023 with possible Extension
A temporary vacancy for a self-motivated and customer focused Administrator has arisen with our aviation client. Successful candidates will have excellent communications skills, possess the ability to work under their own initiative and manage workloads effectively.
Key Accountabilities:
- Support the HRIS Support Coordinator with areas of HRIS such as Authorisations for SAP and Workday.
- Support areas of the Testing Coordination for Projects and Change management.
- To provide support to Reward Operations UK, Change Management and Project
- Officer as required.
- Ensure all responsible processes and actions are managed accurately and on time in accordance with deadlines.
- Always ensure that actions and responsibilities are carried out in accordance with internal processes, legislation and GDPR guidelines.
- Manage the IT equipment within Reward Operations and support team members with any hardware or software issues.
- Maintain the AskHR Chatbot application for the UK with the support of other team members from Reward Operations
- Community owner for the Reward Hub page.
- Provide support and guidance to the team wherever possible.
- Provide SAP and Workday access for employees in Reward Operations UK, ensuring that all HR staff and business users are allocated the correct SAP HR user access or HR Analyst access. User profiles are maintained in a timely fashion, e.g., leaver’s access revoked, and new starts access actioned.
- To ensure the activity of providing access are completed by raising Service Now, HR direct or Emails to Global Teams for items such as internet access, phone extension, shared mailbox access etc.
- Support with the Change-Project mailbox ensuring all requests and queries are dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
- To work with the RO Testing Coordinator to ensure all change requests are tested in a timely and robust manner.
- Focal point for local IT issues within Reward Operations.
- IT equipment management, raise requests via Service Now, Click and Buy for the Reward Operations UK team.
- Maintain the AskHR application for the UK, liaising with the transnational team on updates and improvements.
- Produce weekly/monthly ASK HR KPI’s whilst adhering to agreed deadlines and SLA’s.
