Location: Chester, UK
Work Type: Contract
Pay Rate: £16.72/ph within IR35
Duration: Until April 2023 with possible Extension
Due to continued expansion and growth, our aviation client is currently recruiting for a dedicated and customer focused HR Administrator to join there busy team. Successful candidates will be effective communicators, and have a background within administration.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
- Co-ordinate travel arrangements and accommodation within budget
- Co-ordinate planning of Reward Operations UK events e.g., team days, leadership team boosters & Internal Day in The Life Of activities
- Prepare presentations and data on behalf of Head of Reward Operations UK to be used with both the Reward Operations and wider Reward leadership teams
- Preparation of weekly Friday Funday presentations for Head of ROUK including coming up with new ideas for content.
- Expense claim completion on behalf of the leadership team
- Monthly production of operational performance KPIs, activity KPIs and AskHR KPIs
- Order stationery & office supplies
- Provide additional capacity to the operational team as required.
- Other general administration support as required by the leadership team
