- Title: MRO Sales Executive
Location: Remote
Salary: €80k - €90k
Type: Permanent
The Sales executive will be responsible for the sales activity for the MRO for All products, with a focus on Engines but also Airframe & components, in Europe. This position reports directly to the MRO Head of Sales and Customer Care and is responsible to deliver allocated sales targets (Order Intake and Revenue Targets), drive the sales performance and identify new opportunities.
The sales executive will be responsible for the MRO Engine sales pipeline and winning new business from new and existing customers, previous experience within the MRO environment and an existing network is essential.
Accountabilities:
- Winning business & securing contracts from new and existing customers
- Accountability for managing full pipeline
- Account Sales Renewal & Growth
- Accountable to develop and deploy the extended support network in line with continuous improvement initiatives within the framework of business plan and budget objectives.
- Manage customer expectations with the requirements of the Business Units.
- Implementation of the corporate and business unit strategy: Sales action plan, sales strategy per identified customer
- Collection of formal customer feedback / customer retention
- Customer Relationship Management: Customer Relationship model established and followed
- Customer relationship ownership performance
Essential Requirements:
- Must have the right to live & work in Europe
- 5+ years’ experience in aviation industry with in-depth knowledge of MRO Engine sales
- 5+ Experience in a professional Sales / management role within the MRO industry with customer facing responsibilities
- Existing network within MRO
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably technical

- Strong experience in contract management

- Expert in international customer relationship management
- Customer/market strategy development and implementation
- Expert knowledge within MRO Services
- Deep expertise in relationship management
- Basic understanding of contract law and corporate finance
- Leadership and people management experiences
- In-depth issue resolution and management experience
